Warranty
12-month basic warranty for new products.
6-month basic warranty for used products.
All Songwei products are covered by an extended warranty of 5%—15% of their value.
When Songwei receives your product back.
Songwei will test the faulty product, repair it, or replace it if it does not meet the requirements.
When the above measures do not take effect, Songwei will refund the money to protect customers' rights and interests.
